We accept returns for eligible items. To begin a return, please email Juxtaposeny@gmail.com to confirm eligibility before sending any items back.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund or store credit (issued at our discretion). All items must be returned in the same condition they were received and must meet the following guidelines:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and include all original tags attached.

• Items showing any signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Please note that due to high shipping, duty, and handling costs, international returns are not accepted.

In the event that your order delivery is rejected for any reason, stolen, or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

We ask that you have patience and understanding when purchasing that this is a one man army. Every detail from start to finish is handled by one person (me).

We will do our best to accommodate in the event of any issues but this is a one man show. So "We" means "Me," and I ask that you work with me!
